I met Jeff Sands earlier this year in the park with his little boy and I told him I was thinking about selling my house and he told me to reach out to him when the time comes as he was a real estate agent. I ended up hiring Jeff to sell my house which ended up selling in one week for full price! The sale of my house went so well that I used to purchase a bungalow condo in a specific area that I wanted to be in. I am very pleased how everything worked out with Jeff and his team and I would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and work with him again!
