1. Trails of Lily Lake
Imagine having the beauty of protected conservation lands like Jackson Creek and the Trans-Canada trail right in your backyard. Trails of Lily Lake is the newest community of single-family homes in the west end of Peterborough.
While Phase 1 and Phase 2 sold out quickly, Phase 3 is right around the corner, and homes are still available, with either 30 or 40-foot lots.
What can you expect as a resident of this new community? Your new home is spacious, modern and built with sustainability in mind. Though surrounded by nature, you’ll be minutes away from downtown, with easy access to highways 7, 115 and the 407.
Trails of Lily Lake Residents are served by the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, which includes schools from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Buses are also available, making this an excellent area for families with children in school.
2. East City Condos
Nothing says “Welcome home” more than the majestic lobby entrance of the new East City Condos building, a nine-story tower in the east end of Peterborough. Ninety-one units are available, ranging from 700 to 2000 square feet. You can choose from two-bedroom, three-bedroom units and luxury lofts.
The new building features a fitness room, lounge and private dining area, topped off with an outdoor patio with a panoramic view of the city.
With so many amenities, you never have to leave home. However, you won’t want to stay inside with so many neat pubs, cafes, shops, and the magnificent Millenium Park within walking distance.
3. Burnham Meadows
This new community features spacious single-family homes in a country setting, close to golf courses, parks and Trent University.

5. The Malt:
There’s one more development that has us bursting with excitement.
The Malt is a new commercial building between Lansdowne and Park Street, featuring nine solid acres of business space. Once completed, there will be space for all types of businesses, including:
- Restaurants
- Entertainment venues
- Salons
- Retail shops
- Cafes
- Personal services
- Office space.
