As if the prospect of selling a house isn’t scary enough, add living outside of the province. It was utterly overwhelming until we teamed up with Jeff. Our nightmare turned into the most perfect dream! From providing sound advice about selling price to coordinating contractors for repairs – we were in awe of the work Jeff and his team offered. His teammate was an all star when it came to suggesting touch ups, picking perfect staging and respecting our budget and preferences. We received frequent updates and photos of progress, and they were a fantastic sport when my mom stopped by unannounced.

In this day and age, it is not hard to feel distrustful and suspicious, as if everyone has a hidden agenda. At no point did we feel that with Jeff or his team. They centred our needs and honoured our requests. They took the time to explain it all, alleviating all doubts. Our hearts swell with gratitude for how they handled it and we hope to one day thank them in person (but it turns out online reviews mean more anyway!).

Looking back, we think our favourite part of owning that house was selling it because we got to work with the best team ever!
